• Gabriela has more than 25 years of experience advising companies and entities in the financial sector, she is also the author and compiler of important books on financial and stock market matters.
• Has represented and advised companies in the fintech sector in Mexico in obtaining their authorization to operate as Financial Technology Institutions, in obtaining authorizations for the hiring of suppliers and commission agents, in the preparation of contracts and manuals subject to regulation. of the matter and in general, in carrying out operations in the fintech sector.
• Has vast experience in the credit sector of commercial and financial entities, as well as in the structuring of financing, granting and execution of guarantees.
• Has represented public and private, Mexican and foreign companies in Mexican stock market transactions, including public offerings, private placements, mergers and acquisitions.
• Gabriela has been part of the board of directors of various Mexican companies, public and private, as an independent director and as secretary of the Board.
