Experience
• He has represented and advised companies in the fintech sector in Mexico in obtaining their authorization to operate as Financial Technology Institutions and for the hiring of suppliers and commission agents, in the preparation of contracts and manuals subject to the regulation of the matter.
• He carries out specialized work in the areas of corporate law, Law of the popular savings and credit sector, financial and maritime regulation, Law and Development, and Parliamentary Law. Eduardo is the author of important publications on cooperative societies and the prevention of money laundering.
• Legal consultant for the Program to Strengthen the Popular Savings and Credit Sector executed by the Banco del Ahorro Nacional y Servicios Financieros, S.N.C. (2003-2005) sponsored by the World Bank.
• He has been a professor of the subjects History of Mexican Law and Roman Law, at ITAM and adjunct professor of Roman Law at the Escuela Libre de Derecho, as well as Honorary Researcher at the "Manuel Herrera y Lasso" Research Center of the Escuela Libre de Derecho .
